Some pages of our Site and e-mails we may send may contain electronic images known as web beacons (sometimes known as clear gifs) that allow us to count users who have visited these pages or read our e-mails. We retain all the information we gather about you for three years from your last interaction with Teva. After this point we move information into an archive, where we keep data in case of claims or queries.

Teva operates internationally and will transfer your information to countries outside your own country and outside the European Economic Area, including to countries which do not benefit from a European Commission adequacy decision, because they do not have equivalent data protection legislation. When transferring your information across national boundaries Teva uses EU Commission approved standard contractual clauses, ensures that any recipient has an appropriate Privacy Shield certification or a has Processor Binding Corporate Rules.
